Update on CONDO

Okay everyone here is the updated on the condo situation as of today.

We have 2 condos the one bedroom condo and MEGA condo.

One bedroom condo will house

  1. Tony Portelli

  2. Buffet

  3. Doug Weston

  4. Jeff Mote

Everyone else will be in the MEGA CONDO

I found us a 2000 - 2500 sq ft apartment by the 201 restaruant which is 1/2 block from the house of blues. Actually if you look out the windows you can see the house of blues from the unit.

Good news

The elevator opens up to our room.

2000 a week.

2000/12 = 166 a person

Full kitchen

island in the kitchen

and everything else.

Let me know

Bad news

The unit only has 2 bedrooms

one bedroom is on one floor and the other one is in a loft.

All the rooms are about 20x20 so there is plenty of space in this joint

The quote from the guy was that you could sleep 15 people in the upstairs bedroom.

I believe both bedrooms have couches and other furniture in the rooms.

The unit only has 2 bathrooms

So obviously this is bad because we all have to be in one unit?

These units aren't exactly in the SAME BUILDING they are down the street from each other so I figure it would be better to just keep everyone together?

Update FOOD ORDERS are due by Feb 7th.

BEER or ALCOHOL situation

Well we are still waiting for the NUMBERS from DOUG, for those of you that went LAST year Mardi Gras. But I'm sure they will not be in so I think me and weston probably will eat that like we usually do. OH WELL.

So please send all BEER and BOTTLE wine cooler requests to WESTON he will be in CHARGE of the store RUN!

For those passengers flying OUT OF DETROIT at 9:25 am on March 3 2000.

When we land we will be getting either one or 1 limos to take us to the condos depending on how much SHIT we have packed with us. We have to fit the (20) 30 packs in the LIMO this year so we might run out of ROOM.

take care!!!

Condo Information:
If you plan on staying in a condo I need to get $100 security deposit that is NON-REFUNDABLE because all the money for the condo needs to be paid up front and there is NO REFUNDs. The condo's that we booked last year was pretty nice. Had a balcony, hot tub, kitchen, and all the things that you hope a nice condo will have. They slept 4 people unless you want to sleep on the floor. One condo for the week is around $1500 which breaks down to about $375 per person if you sleep 4 in your condo. Again this is last year price here and with the crowd for this year the CONDO will be RARE to find. Prices are expected to be $1500 - $2000 a week. Which divided by 4 makes a differents

Bead Information:

I would recommend considering buying beads before you go down to New Orleans to try to save some money contact Doug or Tony for more information in buying beads.

The Mardi Gras Colors:
Purple - Justice
Green - Faith
Gold - Power

People that are currently BOOKED to go:

  1. Doug Weston (Ready for year 4)
  2. Tony Portelli (Ready for year 4)
  3. Jeff Mote (Ready for year 3) ($500 paid)
  4. Christie Portell (Ready for year 3) ($100 paid)
  5. Buffet = Karen Lico (Ready for year 2)
