First, Karen and I both thank you very much for coming on this journey in life with us.
Karen and I understand this is quite a distance to go for a wedding so we only ask you be available for us in Rome for one day August 1st. Below you can read about Karen and I day to day plans for where we will be pretty much we will arrive in Rome on 29th of July (Monday) and we have a few things to take care of then we will be getting married on August 1st and on August 2nd Karen and I will be leaving Rome and traveling to Capri for our Honeymoon.
Some people coming are going on a tour around Rome, some are going to Paris, however everyone is ending up in Rome on August 1st. The wedding begins at 4:00pm at Church of Santa Susanna. Which is located about 3 blocks from the Termi train station. After the ceremony at the church which should be around 4:30pm we would like all the guest to go to the St. Regis Grand where we have oeuvres and drinks waiting. Karen and I will be traveling around the city of Rome for 2-3 hours to take some pictures. Around 7:00pm - 8:00pm dinner will start which will take about 3 1/2 to finish. DO NOT EAT the day of the wedding the dinner is a 8 course meal and you will be STUFFED and do not eat all the oeuvres because there tons of other great food you will miss.
After dinner we will have a live band for a few dance sounds and have the hall till 2:00am in the morning. We have recommended the following hotels which are close to the St. Regis Grand. Since dinner and everything will be at the St. Regis Grand you can stay at the hotel however the rates are listed below so please stay with in your budget. Prices and information are listed below remember Karen and I will be leaving Rome on August 2nd so if you want to maybe spend time with us you can come to Rome before the wedding.
